    spacious room
    clean facilities
    nice views
    missing amenities
    no tea facilities

I had a Junior Suite and it was pretty spacious, clean, and comfy. Everything worked well-TV, internet, and little extras like sitting tables. The atmosphere was relaxing with nice views of the grounds. The only weird thing was that there were no tea-making facilities in the room, which I missed a bit. It was solid.

The location was central, absolutely perfect near bus stops that go to-and-from city centre. Liked a storage space and a kitchen area in the room. The employees at the hotel were caring and excellent: D

    hassle-free experience
    helpful staff

Good hotel with free wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour security. The staff helped me with my suitcases on my first stay, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it for a hassle-free experience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The weather was warm sunny, had good stay for 5 nights at a time. All of the staff was amiable and very helpful. Location: the hotel was near good food across the road, the VERY slippery slope, and the orchard in the evenings. Moreover, it was 4 km from The Humber Bridge.

    game changer kitchen

Recommend it for couples who like comfort

Really good value for money. The shared kitchen was a game changer for us, had everything we needed to cook a few meals ourselves, and the cleanliness was top notch.

The price wasn't very low but for what you get, I think it's fair enough.

    room comfort

The charming stained glass windows in the stairwell added such a nostalgic beauty, peaceful atmosphere that feels cute and ideal for seniors. The lovely grounds are perfect for leisurely strolls, which I enjoyed.

More seating options in the room would be beneficial.

Quirky charm in a convenient location

The building's original features and beautifully decorated interiors made it a good place to relax after visiting nearby bars and restaurants. The communal kitchen was well-equipped, made preparing meals easy. I did miss having tea-making facilities in my room.

    can't wait to come back

Great spot with a peaceful vibe! My double room had a private bathroom and a comfy bed. Super clean with hardwood floors and a tv. Shared kitchen was spacious with plenty of hobs and fridges. Loved the fine stained glass windows. The grounds are beautiful. Free WiFi was a bonus!

    communal kitchen
    friendly staff
    cultural highlights
    poor parking
    dark surroundings

We visited the Arctic Corsair and caught a show at the Hull New Theatre. The communal kitchen was super handy. Just a heads-up, the location can feel a bit far from the city centre, but it's manageable. The staff were friendly.

Had trouble with parking at night. It was pitch black, and the puddles were a bit tricky to navigate, which could be annoying if you arrive late.

    great kitchen
    spotty wi-fi

    Great stay close to uni

Just spent 5 nights here while visiting my friend at uni. The place is super quirky and cozy, way more than I expected! The kitchen was huge and had all the tools you need. The staff were really friendly too! Only bummer was the wi-fi was a bit spotty at times, but the outdoor picnic area made up for it!
